For the purposes of this agreement, “The Photographer” is Vojtěch Bojda,
residence address Úvoz 92, Brno, 60200, Czech Republic.
“The Client” is the person or entity being photographed.
2.
The Photographer agrees to deliver the images to the Client within
30 days of the photoshoot.
Images will be delivered in a digital format, in a web resolution
of 2048px on the long edge via
an online gallery on the Photographer’s website.
The photo count
is minimum 10 images per photo-set. The
Client will be provided with a password to download the gallery. Photographer does not
provide RAW files or unedited images. Photographer does not provide large resolution images,
Client can request large resolution prints for an additional fee.

If the Photographer agrees to pay the Client a fee for the photoshoot, the Client has no rights
to request any photos from the photoshoot and sending any photos to the Client is at the
Photographer’s sole discretion.

The Photographer retains the copyright to all images produced by the Photographer and/or the
Photographer’s representatives. The Photographer grants the Client a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, perpetual license to use the images for the Client’s own personal,
non-commercial use. The Client agrees not to sell, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit
the images. The Client agrees not to edit, alter, or otherwise modify the images.
5.
If agreed by Model Release Form, the Client grants the Photographer the right to use the images
for the Photographer’s own personal portfolio, for books, exhibitions, and other promotional
purposes without further fee claims from the Client.
